Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
Information requested
For each of the following:
- Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Home Affairs’ Private Office
- Minister for Victims and Community Safety’s Private Office
- Minister for Parliamentary Business and Veterans’ Private Office
- Special Advisers’ (SpAds) Private Office
Please provide:
- A breakdown of all posts/roles within each office (e.g. Private Secretary, Assistant Private Secretary, Diary Manager, Correspondence Officer, etc.)
- The Scottish Government grade or pay band for each post.
- A brief description of responsibilities of each role (if held).
- The reporting structure or hierarchy – i.e. who reports to whom / line management structure.
If available, an organisational chart would be ideal. Im not expecting any names of non senior civil servants, just the position they hold
