In relation to question 2 how much of the Changing places Toilets fund has been spent, I can confirm that we do not hold this information.
The Scottish Government does not have the information you have asked for because we do not currently hold this information, I am sure you are aware the deadline for applications was Monday 20th October 2025. Applications are submitted through the Inspiring Scotland website. https://inspiringscotland.org.uk/fund/changing-places-toilets-fund/. Inspiring Scotland are aiming to notify applicants whether they have been successful in December 2025.
