I would like to request the following information for the period of 01/04/2024 to now: All notes, briefings, agendas, minutes, slides and/or attendance lists of all meetings relating to the Offshore Energy Skills Passport

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested. We have interpreted your request to include only information relevant to the Energy Skills Passport in the documents you have requested, therefore some information or text has not been included or has been redacted where it is in the text of other in scope information.
An exception under regulation 10(5)(f) [Third Party Interests] of the EIRs applies to some of the information you have requested. This exception applies because disclosure of this information would, or would be likely to, cause substantial prejudice to the interests of a third party (in this case the UK Government) who provided information voluntarily to the Scottish Government. This exception is subject to the 'public interest test'. Therefore, taking account of all the circumstances of this case, we have considered if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exception. We have found that, on balance, the public interest lies in favour of upholding the exception. The UK Government were not legally obliged to supply the information to the Scottish Government, have done so in circumstances where it is not otherwise in the public domain and have not consented to it being disclosed.
An exception under regulation 10(5)(e)[Substantial Prejudice to Confidentiality of Commercial Information] of the EIRs applies to some of the information you have requested. This exception is subject to the 'public interest test' and, taking into account all the circumstances of this case, we have considered if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exception. The information withheld relates to contractual matters. This exception applies because disclosure of this particular information would, or would be likely to, prejudice substantially the confidentiality of commercial information provided by the third party and thus cause substantial harm to their commercial interests.
An exception under regulation 11(2)[Personal Information] of the EIRs applies to some of the information requested because it is personal data of a third party and disclosing it would contravene the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation and in section 34(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018. This exception is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exception.
Under regulation 6(1)(b) of the EIRs, we do not have to provide you information which is already publicly available and easily accessible to you in another form or format. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the website(s) listed below, then please contact me again and I will send a paper copy.
