Response

Please find the following responses to your request:

Question 1 - the Scottish Government last met with a representative of the Glasgow and Clyde Rape Crisis Centre (GCRCC) on 19 September 2024. The purpose of this meeting was to inform the Scottish Government of the GCRCC's decision to disaffiliate from Rape Crisis Scotland (RCS).

Question 2 - while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in response to your second question, the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested because no minutes were recorded by Scottish Government officials. This is an official notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the information is not held.

Question 3 - the Scottish Government last wrote to GCRCC on 9 October 2025 (Enclosure 1).

Question 4 - for a copy of correspondence noted in Question 3, please see Enclosure 1. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because of an exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to the information. Section 38(1)(b) of FOISA has been applied to the personal data contained in this disclosure, as its release would contravene data protection principles.

Question 5 - the Scottish Government last received correspondence from GCRCC on 9 October 2025 (Enclosure 1).
