Information requested

The last official letters to the current First Minister of Scotland from the Presidents of the European Council, European Commission, Presidency of the Council of the European Union and the European Parliament.

I enclose a copy of all documents in scope of this request, via attachment.

An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act (FOISA) applies to the information you have requested. Section 38 of FOISA relates to personal information. In this instance, personal contact information and signatures have been redacted.

This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
