Information requested
Could you supply all documentation held by the Scottish Government including correspondence sent and received (including internal), minutes/notes from meetings, briefings, analysis, about increasing the number of international offices, from the last three months?
Response
I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested in Annex A.
Exemptions under sections 25, 29(1)(a), and 38 of FOISA apply to some of the information you have requested. Section 25 has been applied to information which is otherwise accessible - links have been provided to the relevant online resource in each case. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the websites listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy. Section 29(1)(a) has been applied to information which relates to the formulation or development of government policy. Section 38 has been applied to personal information.
