You asked for, in relation to the recent recruitment for two Non-Executive Directors at NHS Fife, advertised in May 2025 and concluded in September 2025, for one member with expertise in finance, audit, and risk and another member to serve as the Non-Executive Whistleblowing Champion:

In accordance with the ESC Code of Practice, offers were extended only to the most meritorious candidate for each position. Both accepted their respective offers.
