An email released in the above referenced FOI response (Document 3), dated 14th August 2025, includes the following sentence:
"With thanks to Davie for Spads, and Finance officials, we have agreed the following lines."
Please provide a list of the "Finance officials" who agreed the lines, by name where possible, and by position where naming is not possible.

An exemption under section 38(1) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. In line with standard Scottish Government practice, the names of officials below Senior Civil Service have been withheld. As you have requested, job titles have been provided in these cases.
