1. What criteria does the Scottish Govt apply to allow it to fund an organisation which disregards its legal remit?

2. How much has the Scottish Govt given LGBT Youth Scotland in direct funding for the following periods:

1. 2015 - 2016

2. 2016 - 2017

3. 2017 - 2018

4. 2018 - 2019

5. 2019 - 2020

6. 2020 - 2021

7. 2021 - 2022

8. 2022 - 2023

9. 2023 - 2024

10. 2024 - 2025

1. LGBT Youth Scotland are an independent charity. The Scottish Government does not have any control over all of the work that they do, just the work and projects we fund. As such, it would not be for the Scottish Government to query the age of children and young people that LGBT Youth Scotland works with. We are happy that this organisation is fulfilling the conditions of their grant from the Scottish Government.
