The number of males and females convicted, broken down by type of crime/offence (including sexual offences) and age, is published in Tables 6A and 6B of the Criminal Proceedings in Scotland 2022-23 bulletin (Criminal Proceedings in Scotland - 2022-23 - Main Tables).
Attached is a table showing the number of males convicted of sexual crimes, by age and by Local Authority (based on the location of the court). The latest data on Criminal Proceedings in Scotland is for 2022-23.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The Scottish Government Criminal Proceedings Dataset does not hold information on offender's nationality.
