Data relating to convictions under Part 5 of Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982, since its implementation.
Ideally, this would be in a excel spreadsheet organised by year, and each provision (62-66, where appropriate).

Please note that the latest available data are for 2022-23. Two tables are included to reflect a change in the data collection method. Prior to 1989-90, data were collected on a calendar year basis, while from 1989-90 onwards they have been collected by financial year (i.e. 1 April to 31 March). There were no convictions recorded before 1988.
