Takeaways to Bute House, St Andrews House and Victoria Quay: FOI release

You asked for the total number of times that food delivery companies (e.g. Deliveroo, Uber Eats, or Just Eat) delivered food to Bute House, St Andrews House, and Victoria Quay to cater to orders from Scottish Ministers or civil servants since 2021.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The Scottish Government only holds three years of data for the Travel & Subsistence (T&S) programme. We have answered your question with T&S data from 25th September 2022 to 28th August 2025 and Scottish Government electronic purchasing cards (ePC) data from 1st April 2021 to 28th August 2025.

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.

We have interpreted your request as hot food delivery companies such as takeaway deliveries.

Hot food delivery companies delivered 11 times to Bute House, St Andrews House, and Victoria Quay for Scottish Ministers or civil servants.
