Please provide the following information for each financial year from 2021–22 to 2025–26 (to date) and please breakdown the information by each year:

1. The cost of overtime paid to employees.

2. The cost of agency and temporary staff.

3. The cost to recruitment agencies.

4. The cost of all spending on external consultants.

5. The cost of spending on social media and digital advertising.

6. The cost of public relations and communications.

7. The cost of any financial losses and special payments for each year. This could include things like abandoned projects, errors, write-offs.

8. The cost of compensation.

9. The cost of severance pay.

10. The cost of upgrading IT equipment (not due to it being broken).

11. The expenditure on EDI-related activities, including payments to external organisations or consultants, EDI training delivered to staff, etc.

Education Scotland does not hold information of expenditure on specific EDI related activity, however, a previous FOI response provided details of funding provided by the Scottish Government for related workstreams which you may find helpful.
