Salaries of those on the executive team of NHS Scotland.
With a breakdown of each position & salary.
Response
There is no executive team of NHS Scotland. Each health board has an executive leadership team. The attached table collates the position and salary range of each person on each team, where known.
We hold the information relating to the grades of those on the executive teams, and which contract they are on – this is either Executive and Senior Manager (ESM), Agenda for Change (AfC), or Medical and Dental (M&D). Where they are on an ESM or AfC contract we have provided the salary range for that grade; we do not have details of each individuals’ salary. Where an individual is on a Medical and Mental contract we do not hold any salary information and are unable to provide a range.
The most up to date information held centrally is for financial year 2024‐25. In one case, NHS Lothian, we do not have data for 2024/25 and have used 2023‐24 information.
