A copy of any response from Ministers or officials to Email 11 on page 23 of the attached FOI response.
Response
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested due to exceptions under regulations 11(2) (third party personal data).
An exception under regulation 11(2) (third party personal data) of the EIRs applies to some of the information you have requested. Where the environmental information requested includes personal data about an individual other than the applicant (third party personal data), the data does not have to be made available if disclosure would breach any of the data protection principles contained in Article 5(1) of the UK GDPR.
In addition to the information requested, I have also included an email from Emma Roddick MSP to the Minister for Agriculture and Connectivity (14 May 2025), as well as the Minister’s reply (3 June 2025). This email and reply were in scope of your initial FOI request 202500471354 because Emma Roddick’s email contained the word abattoir. I apologise that this was not included in the original return which was my oversight. The Crofting on Eigg report to which the correspondence refers is publicly available and can be found at the following link:
