How much has the Scottish Government spent to date, or plans to spend if no payments have yet been made, on reimbursing the legal costs of For Women Scotland relating to For Women Scotland vs Scottish Ministers 2025.

Response

We do not hold the information in relation to the ruling in the Supreme Court as we have not yet received an account of expenses by For Women Scotland.
