Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002

Information requested

1. The number of people employed by the Scottish Government who earn below the Real Living Wage of £12.60 per hour.

2. The number of people employed by the Scottish Government who earn exactly the National Minimum Wage or the National Living Wage.

Response

1. The Scottish Government is a Real Living Wage employer therefore no staff employed by the Scottish Government earn below the Real Living Wage.

2. All staff employed by the Scottish Government earn above the National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage.
