Victoria Quay swimming pool maintenance cost: FOI release

Information requested

You asked for the cost of maintaining the swimming pool at the Scottish Government’s Victoria Quay offices in the financial years 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25. You also asked for a breakdown of all costs that have gone towards the pool in any of these calendar years, including staffing costs while it has been closed. You also asked for any projected costs to maintain the swimming pool in the current financial year 2025/26.

These costs relate to planned preventative maintenance. The costs for Financial Year 2022/23 include decommissioning costs (£20,862). There are no staff costs associated with the swimming pool maintenance.
