You asked for the following information:

  • The total amount of money spent by your organisation on overtime payments in 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.
  • The total amount of money spent fixing/replacing broken equipment in 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.
  • The total financial loss to your organisation on written off inventory and IT equipment in 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.
  • The total amount of money spent on consultants by your organisation in 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.
  • The total amount of money spent on social media advertising by your organisation in 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.
  • The total amount of money spent on equality, diversity, and inclusion staff by your organisation in 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.

Response

Independent members of the Scottish Agricultural Wages Board do not receive any overtime payments. The Independent members receive payment from the Scottish Government for their time spent on Board work. Employers and employees representatives do not receive any payment from Scottish Government. The Independent members can also make reasonable T&S claims to be reimbursed for travel in the course of their duties such as for train tickets.

The Scottish Agricultural Wages Board does not own any equipment so there has been no money spent.

The Scottish Agricultural Wages Board does not have any inventory or IT equipment.

The amount spent on consultants in 2021-22 was £0.00, 2022-23 was £0.00, 2023-24 was £1,312.80 and 2024-25 was £1,160.40.

All social media advertising for the Scottish Agricultural Wages Board is done through the Scottish Government platforms at no cost.

No money has been spend on equality, diversity and inclusion staff by the Scottish Agricultural Wages Board.
