Stonewell funding correspondence: FOI release

Information requested

You asked for the following information:

“Copies of all correspondence between the Scottish Government and Stonewall, regarding funding and the terms attached to any funding, since March 1, 2025.

Copies of any formal letter/agreement setting out the terms of 2025/2026 funding from the Scottish Government to Stonewall.

Copies of any assessment, either informal or formal, since Jan 1, 2024, regarding whether Stonewall has fulfilled its obligations in exchange for funding.”

I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested.

For your request “Copies of all correspondence between the Scottish Government and Stonewall, regarding funding and the terms attached to any funding, since March 1, 2025” please find attached the document titled “202500474772 - email document - redacted”.

An exemption under section s.38(1) of FOISA (the personal data of a third party) applies to some of the information you have requested.

This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.

For your request “Copies of any formal letter/agreement setting out the terms of 2025/2026 funding from the Scottish Government to Stonewall” please find attached the document titled “202500474772 - 2025-26 - EHR GOL Stonewall – redacted”.
