Information requested
The menus for the past three weeks in any canteens or restaurants in St Andrew’s House, Victoria Quay, Atlantic Quay and Saughton House.
The amount of meat purchased by the Scottish Government every month in the financial year 2024/25 - include the total cost per month as well as the measurement of meat purchased per month (e.g. 50 pounds of chicken breasts in January, etc). Please also break this down by what proportion purchased each month was intended for use in government staff canteens or restaurants.

Please also find attached spreadsheet containing the information on type, weight and costs relating to meat purchased by month for financial year 2024/25.
I can also confirm that all meat purchased was done so for use in Scottish Government canteens or restaurants.
