I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.
It is Scottish Government policy that all receipts and invoices for ePC transactions should be retained. Unfortunately, some of the receipts and invoices requested have not been retained by cardholders, therefore we cannot provide you with a copy. We regularly remind all cardholders of the importance of complying with the policy, undertake random spot checks and have recently held a number of awareness sessions.
I would also like to draw your attention to our regular published spend for transactions over £500 for electronic Purchasing Cards (ePC): Government spend over £500: monthly reports - gov.scot and also our monthly and annual reports of Scottish Government spend over £25,000 Government spend over £25,000: monthly and annual reports - gov.scot.
