You asked 'Could you supply all documentation held by the Scottish Government, including correspondence sent and received (including internal), minutes/notes from meetings, briefings, analysis, about Grangemouth's Project Willow, from the last month?’
Response
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions have been applied. The exemptions that have been applied are as follows:
- s.38(1)(b) (personal data of a third party)
- s.33(1)(b) (substantial prejudice to the commercial interests of a person or organisation) of FOISA
- s.30 (prejudice to effective conduct of public affairs)
The reasons why these exemptions apply are explained in the Annex to this letter.
I have included the return for your request below with the aforementioned exemptions applied where appropriate.
