1. The total amount spent on IT services by the Agriculture and Rural Economy directorate for each of the following financial years; 2021/22, 2022/23 and 2023/24.

2. A breakdown of the spend provided by 1 above showing the amount spent per company, i.e. Financial Year, Company Name, Amount Received. This need only be provided where the amount received by the company is greater than or equal to £5,000.

I have provided a separate response below for each part of the requested information.

1. Table 1 provides the total amount spent on IT services by the Agriculture and Rural Economy Directorate for each of the following financial years: 2021/22, 2022/23 and 2023/24. This has been derived from an analysis of our audited accounting records.
