Records held by you pertaining to the phase stage diagram for the traffic light sequence at the Myrekirk Roundabout, Junction on the A90 Kingsway.

You stated "We have been furnished with timings for the Myrekirk roundabout lights by Dundee City Council. They have advised that we would require the phase stage diagram for the lights relevant for vehicles entering the roundabout from the Charleston exit and for the traffic lights on the roundabout relevant for the southbound Edinburgh/Perth exit, accurate as at 6th December 2023 between 05:10a.m. and 05:45a.m."

An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested because it is personal data of a third party and disclosing it would contravene the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation and in section 34(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018. This exception is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exception.
