All communication to and from the Chief Statistician regarding the letter from Ed Humpherson to Alastair McAlpine on the Scottish Health and Wellbeing Census.

I enclose a copy of the information you requested in Annex 1.
An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to names or personal data that might identify individuals.
This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
