Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

Information requested

In relation to a previous FOI response (202500460860) stating that 'The first members were informed directly from 1 October 2023':

Whilst this is undoubtedly true I believe from reading through the material that members were triaged based on urgency. It would be useful if this could be broken down.

Response

A direct communication in the form of a letter was sent to all active Remedy impacted members in October 2023 and as such there was no need to "triage".
