An exemption under section s.38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. Under this exemption, personal information has been redacted from the information provided. Given the context of your request, I note that all of the individuals whose personal details have been redacted are civil servants in the Directorate for Chief Economist and none are Ministers, special advisers or press officers.
