Information requested

(a) Payment amounts made to each airline participant in the Air Discount Scheme;

(b) The number of passenger journeys per airline to which those ADS claims relate; for each of the years 2022/23, 2023/24 and 2024/25.

Loganair: £13,266,655.20 178,475 passenger journeys

British Airways: £80,264.20 2,190 passenger journeys

Please note that these figures reflect the sum of claims for reimbursement made by airlines in the relevant periods. Airlines’ claims relate to the date of purchase of tickets, not the date of travel. Figures include flights where reimbursement was subsequently requested from the passenger due to misuse.
