Can I now reduce the scope of this request to include the last three years - including the years 2024/25?

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested.
As the scope of 3 years for this request would still breach the upper cost limit, to be helpful and assist you, I have used the case management system to provide you a list of cases which is within the cost limit. The list of cases attached is from the date April 2024 to date.
An exemption(s) under section(s) section 38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information. We are unable to disclose all of the litigation court case names as this is a clear GDPR issue. In addition, there are GDPR issues on cases which are not subject to a court judgement. On that basis, we have produced and provided you with a redacted list of the litigation court case names within the time frame you have requested.
