The Scottish Government does not currently hold information on the number of disputes that have been adjudicated by Letting Protection Service Scotland and MyDeposits Scotland in the financial year ending 31 March 2025. This information is included within Annual Report data submitted by the schemes to the Scottish Government. The tenancy deposit schemes are required to submit this information on or by 31st August of each year.
