Information requested

Information relating to the NHS Scotland Executive Group:

1) A list of the current membership of the group.

2) The terms of reference and/or remit of the group.

3) Any papers, powerpoints, slides and other written information presented to the group covering business services. Please provide information from March 2025.

Response

As you are already aware following the response to FoI 202400464360, the attendees, terms of reference, agendas and approved minutes for the NHS Scotland Executive Group meetings are published online.

In relation to point 3, any papers, powerpoints, slides and other written information presented to the group covering business services, please find below a table outlining the papers relating to the NHS Scotland Executive Group meetings within scope (from March 2025 up until the date of your request 21 May 2025).

Business services/systems came to the 5 March 2025 meeting as a substantive item and was discussed in matters arising at the 16 April 2025 meeting of the NHS Scotland Executive Group. There were no other items within scope.
