We have interpreted your request as asking 2 questions;

1- What organisation is responsible for training the Scottish Government in gender ideology and how were training materials vetted and commissioned

2- What organisation is responsible for training the NHS in gender ideology and how were training materials vetted and commissioned

For both questions we have interpreted 'gender ideology' to mean the terms 'gender recognition', 'gender identity' and 'gender expression'. For question 1

The majority of training provided to core Scottish Government is developed and delivered in house. All training material is subject to a Quality Assurance process. No training is being delivered to SG core on the topic of your query, and we are not working with any organisation to develop or provide training on this.

This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.

For question 2

The Scottish Government does not have the information you have asked for because it is the responsibility of individual NHS boards to deliver training. Therefore this is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
