How much money has been spent by the Scottish Government on shopping vouchers for civil servants for good performance in each of the last five years, with a breakdown per year and per department?

Response

The performance management policy within Scottish Government does not allow staff to receive performance rewards which have a monetary benefit. Therefore the answer to your question is £0.
