Response
I enclose a copy of the comments posted by staff members on the Saltire intranet referenced in your requests in Annex A, this annex is split into three parts due to the size of files. Some details have been redacted under Section 38(1)(b) to protect the personal information of colleagues who are not Senior Civil Servants as is standard practice.
