Information requested
All documentation held by the Scottish Government, including correspondence sent and received, minutes/notes from meetings, briefings, analysis, that is from/to or mentions Sandy Adam of Springfield Properties, from the last three months.
Response
In response to your request, we have identified all documentation between 13 February 2025 and 13 May 2025 relating to Mr Sandy Adam of Springfield Properties.
I enclose a copy of the information you requested. Some information contained in documents has been withheld as it is not relevant to specific information sought. An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA (personal information) also applies to some of the information requested because it is personal data of a third party. i.e. the names and contact details of individuals, and disclosing it would contravene the data protection principles in Schedule 1 to the Data Protection Act 1998. This exemption is not subject to the ‘public interest test’ so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
