1. Copies of any service sustainability reviews carried out by the NHS Scotland Planning and Delivery Board, whether for clinical or non-clinical services from October 2024 to date.

2. The agenda, minutes and papers of the most recent meeting of the Planning and Delivery Board.

3. The most up to date membership of the Planning and Delivery Board.

Response

In relation to your request, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested. Exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA apply to some of the information requested, as it relates to personal data of a third party.

In relation to part 1 and 2 of your request, please find 33 documents attached separately to this reply, which detail service sustainability reviews carried out by the NHS Scotland planning and delivery board, for both clinical and non-clinical services from October 2024 to date, as well as, the agenda and papers of the most recent meeting of the Planning and Delivery Board held on 14th April 2025. The draft minutes to April’s meeting has been provided, as minutes are not finalised until the next scheduled meeting, which in this case is beyond the deadline to this FOI request.
