You asked for an estimate of how much the Scottish Government spent on the Misogyny Bill in terms of civil servants’ time drafting it. We cannot provide a response to this part of the query. This is because there is no business need for civil servants to record the total time spent considering individual policy topics. This is therefore formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested on this point.
