I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested. As part of our search we have found 1 document that contains information relevant to your request. Some of the information contained in the document is out of scope for your request and an exemption also applies to some of the information. An exemption under section 30(b) of FOISA (free and frank provision of advice and deliberation) apply to some of the information. This exemption applies because disclosure would, or would be likely to, inhibit substantially the free and frank provision of advice for the purposes of deliberation. This exemption is subject to the 'public interest test’ and we have considered if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption in this particular case.
