I have now completed my review of our response to your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) for:

In your request for review you said:

‘Please review the above referenced FOI response (202500459761) on the basis that the exemptions justifying the redactions have been far too liberally applied. For example: there are tables in which even the column headings have been redacted, which is patently unjustifiable.’

I have taken your request into account in conducting this review and I have concluded that the original decision should be confirmed with modifications meaning that some of the previously redacted information you requested has now been released. I enclose a copy of this information. Some of the information you requested has not been released as I have concluded that in some cases the original exemptions have been applied in line with FOISA. The exemptions applied can be found in Annex A.
