1) Please provide the total annual funding allocated to NHS 24 for each of the following financial years:

• 2019–20

• 2024–25 (planned or allocated budget)

2) Has the Scottish Government conducted any formal evaluations, reviews or assessments of NHS 24’s capacity and resource requirements to manage the increased volume of referrals to emergency care? If so, please provide copies of any reports, evaluations and/or internal assessments produced since January 2021.

3) Has any specific additional funding or other forms of support (staffing increases and digital infrastructure investment) been provided to NHS 24 as a direct response to increased pressures following the urgent care redesign?
