The above referenced FOI response identified 6 documents including the phrase “full fiscal autonomy” dated 2021, and one document dated 2022. You asked that we please provide those 7 documents.
Response
A small amount of the information within the seven documents has been identified as being in the scope of your request. All references to full fiscal autonomy are enclosed in the Annex of this letter. Please note that there are two references to Full Fiscal Autonomy which are duplicated across the six documents dated 2021.
