The information requested is already publicly available. The list of on-boarded suppliers, broken down per lot, is published on a monthly basis to the Scottish Government website and can be found at the following website address:

The information requested is not held by the Scottish Government. For your information a Framework agreement and a Dynamic Purchasing System are two different processes under the Public Contracts Scotland Regulations (2015). The characteristics of a Framework agreement typically include; an anticipated value of contracts being tendered through the agreement, a closed supplier list and set Terms and Conditions from the outset. A Dynamic Purchasing System on the other hand has an open supplier list and the Terms and Conditions are included at the call for competition stage. For the Digital Technology and Cyber Services DPS the contract value for any call for competition is published with the Invitation to Tender documentation.
