"Please provide me with information that you hold about:

1. the contracts that Advance Construction (Scotland) Ltd and all of their associated companies have had and currently have with the Scottish Government.
2. If Advance Construction have offered and or made any donations to the Scottish Government."

Response

I can confirm Advanced Construction (Scotland) Ltd or its parent company Advanced Construction Group Limited have never been awarded any contracts via Scottish Government.

I can also confirm that there are no records of offers of donations from Advanced Construction (Scotland) Ltd. Scottish Government does not solicit or accept public donations under any circumstance.
