The full details of the costs incurred by the Scottish Government to date in respect of legal costs for the judicial review brought by For Women Scotland v Scottish Ministers, in regards to the Gender Representation on Public Boards (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill.

In referring to costs you asked for the costs paid out to third party solicitors and Advocates, but also any in house legal costs.

You have also asked for costs inclusive of each stage of judicial review from its first appearance in the Court of Session, both inner and outer, subsequent appeals and final appearance in the Supreme Court.
