Some of the information you have requested, the Fair Work Action Plan Progress Report and NSET Report including Fair Work Action Plan Annual Report, both from the 21 August 2024 meeting, are available from Annex+C+-+FWOG+Meeting+3+-+FWAP+Progress+Report+-+Full+Report.xlsx and National Strategy for Economic Transformation: second annual progress report - gov.scot . Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the websites listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.

It is important to note that documentation associated with the 21 August 2024 meeting has since been superseded by more updated documents. This includes the Fair Work Evidence Plan Report.
