In terms of the £5 million Islands Housing Fund

1. How many homes have been approved since 2016 to date?

2. How many of the total approved homes, found since 2016, have now been completed?

3. How many of those completed homes are currently being lived in?

4. How much of the £5 million Fund is still unused?

5. Can you detail the total spending each year since the Fund began?

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The reasons why we don't have the information are explained further below.

In answer to how many homes have been approved since 2016 to date? 151 homes have been approved.

In answer to how many of the total approved homes, found since 2016, have now been completed? 97 homes have been completed.

In answer to how many of those completed homes are currently being lived in? This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested. The reason we do not hold this information is that the Scottish Government does not manage these homes, this is done by applicants to the fund either directly or through letting agents on their behalf.

In answer to how much of the £5 million Fund is still unused the answer is none.
