1. The legal deadline was 31st March for issuing RSS, can you tell me how many RSS were issued for any Firefighter pension schemes by the deadline?
2. Did SPPA identify & categories specific cases that you wished to extend the deadline to?
3. Did SPPA use a blanket approach to extend the legal deadline on all outstanding cases?
4. Did the scheme managers ask the Pension Regulator permission to extend the legal deadline?

2. No, as 0 RSS were issued for Firefighter pension scheme by 31 March 2025. Members are grouped into cohorts and the deliverability of each cohort is assessed, based on factors such as complexity.
