Response

1. I have enclosed copies of correspondence sent to all staff related to or containing the words “Transgender Day of Visibility” between 27 March 2025 and 1 April 2025:

A) A weekly ‘News in Brief’ published on Saltire, the Scottish Government’s staff intranet, by the Internal Communications Team, Monday 31 March 2025.

An exemption under section 38(1)(b) (Personal Information) of FOISA applies to some of the information requested.
