Scottish Government employee salary distribution: FOI release

Information requested

Aggregated data on the salary distribution of employees of the Scottish Government, specifically for:

1. The number of employees within salary bands of £5,000 increments (e.g., £15,000–£19,999, £20,000–£24,999, etc.) up to the highest salary band used within the Scottish Government.

2. Please also include the mean and median salary within each band.
